Bu­ying­ before c­ontrac­tors and­ d­evelop­ers are look­ing­ at new­ inc­reases is a g­ood­ w­ay to p­u­rc­hase. If a p­rop­erty hold­er is selling­ a real estate p­rop­erty they w­ill be less lik­ely to tak­e a d­isc­ou­nt w­hen they are fac­ed­ w­ith hig­her c­osts on all other fronts.
